Prices are quoted per job but we guarantee great value for every design or web project we undertake. Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical design projects are £35 per hour. We have scalable web package options available.

Our terms are always negotiable depending on your requirements. However in general we require an initial deposit payment of 50% of the total fee before we can commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. Our terms are 30 day from receipt of invoice.

We accept payment methods in the form of BACS - Bank Transfer. We also accept transactions using Worldpay Zinc - Debit/Credit Card. If you require an alternative payment process please contact us to discuss your options.

Our team take full control of your print management solutions. We work closely with any external source we may use. We work hard to secure the best print and fulfillment suppliers local to you.

In partnership with our sister company Bright Haus Hosting. We can offer you 3 great affordable website hosting packages. We can also accommodate bespoke packages. You can keep all of your business services with us allowing for full control and monitoring of your sites and web maintenance requirements.

Copyright for all work carried out by Creative Haus transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes unless requested not to do so during the working process.

After initial discussions with the client about ideas, colours, target market and any other information. A brief for the project will be created. We will then begin work on the project by researching ideas. We will ask for examples of work you like or dislike to help generate initial concepts. The design visuals are then forwarded onto the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required these are made and the amended visual is resubmitted to the client.

During the design process the client is asked to approve items such as colours and fonts before work continues. Once your design project is ready we will submit a final proof for the clients approval and sign off to allow for production. Once a job project is in production the job cannot be cancelled. On some occoassions additional amends may be made if the project allows.

Once we have received the final payment we will supply artwork as an eps vector electronic file. At the end of each job project the client may request the artwork in various formats if full payment has been made for the services we have supplied. For any web project completed the site will be made live and hosted as soon as approval has been provided via sign off.
